Any changes to the order should be done within this time period to receive it within the respective time.

Any cancellations done within the 5-10 day time period may get a refund.

The time it takes to ship your order to you depends on which region you currently reside in. It may take some places longer then others.

If you receieve your order damaged in any way you may either ask for a refund or receive another of the same order.
